Don't Rent Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   When I moved in I thought it was an ok facility. I was told I would have newer appliances and carpet. Well, Wrong. My refrigerator is one that still has to be defrosted. The oven and dishwasher are just as old. Getting something fixed is hard they just patch. The water situation is impossible. It gets shut off 1-2 times per month to patch underground leaks. The pool is filthy and unusable. (although some of the illegals use it anyway) I have lived there less than one year and according to the Phoenix police they have been called to this complex 196 times since I moved in. Many of the crimes are theft, vandalism, violent, shots fired Etc. I won't be renewing my lease. If you are looking for a good place to rent. Look elswhere.
