Awful Quality of Life/Empty Office

Talk about management never being in the office! The evening hours are listed until at least 5pm, but I'm pretty sure the lazy manager closes early every day because she can. Even calling during business hours doesn't work (you get the "we're in the office but unavailable" message). Honestly, I think the office staff (of one woman) rolls out of bed at 8am, turns all the lights on, immediately puts the sign in the window that says "Will Be Back Soon" locks the door and goes back to her apartment and sleeps for another 5 hours. Today I called, but the voicemail box was full. Hey Twathole, what "service" do you provide if A: you can never be located and B: in your endless absence, residents can't even leave a message'!! Are you avoiding us in hopes our silly, unsubstantiated problems (like no hot water) will just go away' I'm aware you live onsite, are we supposed to knock on your friggin' door because you just don't feel like doing your job that day (or any day)' How professional.
One time, I was actually in the office when it was open to retrieve a package that wouldn't fit in my mailbox. I offered to show my ID, but the office wench looked at me like I was crazy, like, "Duh, everything's right here on the table, (which it was) Get it yourself." Fine, since it obviously doesn't matter, I'll just claim two or three other boxes and say they're mine.
If management just can't be bothered, then I can no longer be bothered. There are SO MANY problems with this complex I can't even begin to list them all. I plan to move when the lease is up (if anyone's in the office, of course). If I can't reach anyone I think I'll knock on the manager's door and shove my 30-day notice up her a$$. Maybe that'll get her attention.
