I've had NUMEROUS unresolved problems. Towing issues....towing company trying to charge double their charges and Apt Management not doing ANYTHING about it. NO hot water but they still make you pay for water costs. Takes 15-20 min to get HOT water for dishes, laundry and showers during winter months so you spend more on your bills trying to get the water hot.
