I dont know where these other people have lived in this apartment complex, but I have had no problems whatsoever. There is always wear and tear on things that get used many times a day, for example the gates. My apartment is in great shape and management has never not notified of a change in the lease, etc. So I would recommend this complex to anyone searching for an apartment.
