It is really sad that Bell Lakes Apartments that once were such beautiful well cared for community has gone to the slums.
The landscaping is all dying and there is trash all over the grounds.
The maintaince staff does not complete work orders.
The office staff is not helpfull in big issues. In fact a lot of residents that have lived on property for years feel that the office staff is blind to what is happening to our apartment homes.
