I have lived at Bell Lakes for almost 2 years......the office staff is really nice and the maintenance are extremely helpful and always rush to help me fix problems. On the downside, the gate is broken once a month and if you share a water heater, that breaks or is getting repaired AT LEAST 6 times a year. And if you expect to get a UPS/Post Office package, don't count on Bell to let you know...although both couriers do give notices. At least their nice enough to hold them in the offices for you though.
