NO WATER, NO RETRIBUTION!!!!!

In addition to not supplying us with water, Bell Lakes refuses to offer any form of retribution for the hassle they are putting us through! Bell Lakes also refused retribution when my car's gas tank was broken into while at our "gated community". I would not wish life at Bell Lakes Appartments on even my worst enemy!!!
