We've lived at Bell Lakes since September. All I can say is Homeless People live better. RUN - don't walk to anywhere else.

The water problem is HORRID. We've not had HOT water for a MONTH! They are constantly turning off the water without notice (which if its an emergancy we understand, but please - almost 10 times in one month). Today was the kicker...We got up to take a shower for work...NO WATER! The Office at Bell Lakes has decided today to turn the answering machine on and ignore everything that is going on. We've had to flush our toilets with POOL water. Shoot - WE HAD NO WATER ON CHRISTMAS EVE! Nice Holiday Gift!

If any current tenants are reading this. Call the City of Phoenix and the Health Department and make a complaint. Please. Maybe this will open the eyes of the morons in the office.

We should have known...When we moved in the Apartment was Fithy. I spent three hours cleaning it. Mold is a permanent resident - no matter what cleaner you use. Plus there were holes in the doors to my childrens room which I asked to be replaced and they replaced one door and not the other after three months of complaining. The partical board under the countertops is lifting away by the dishwaser. The Diswasher was full of broken glass when we moved in, etc. etc. etc. This has been a HARD LESSON to learn.

The office staff NEVER seems to have a plan to fix anything. All we've been told is "I was under the understanding that that had been fixed" Whatever - they have no follow-up. DON'T trush them!

RUN!! RUN!! RUN!!
