Maintenance problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Severe maintenance issues. When I toured the complex before signing, everything they showed me was green and nice. The apartment they put me in wasn't even ready on schedule causing major headaches for my move. (Yes they still made me pay the few pro-rated days while they didn't have it ready.) Also all the grass was dead and landscaping wasn't maintained. I filled out a "fix-it" list when I moved in, and my bathroom doors still don't shut. Also several of the included appliances seem older than I am and have routine trouble. (Had to use coin laundry because my dryer has been broke for months.) A/C wasn't fixed for 3 weeks in the summer and got constant run around while my 2 year old sweated it out. Other poster hit the nail on the head about the "emergency" maintenance line. On the upside they gave me a $50 rent credit one time because of all the issues, and they used to have a great halloween contest but they canceled it.
