bell lakes is an awful place to live. we are actually getting sick because of the mold in the walls. when we moved in our stove was broken and holes in almost everywall. been here since last year and still not fixed. the trash is nasty and the garbage is always out in the street. you can see kids playing with broken glass bottles and people go through the trash looking for pieces of furniture. it's cheap, sure. but you get what you pay for. also the floors make way too much noise, and you can hear everything through the windows no matter what you do. i can not wait to leave. i asked if i could get out before my lease was up and as you will read the staff is not the best, they were rude and told me it would be almost 2000 to break it. also, our rent was late and when i called they told me it would not have a late fee, then my roommate called and they told her 75 then when we went to pay it was 100. what!'! i soo want to leave.
