When I first moved in here, before the property was sold, I must say I liked it. John was a very helpful guy, and he made living here tolerable, even with all the maintenance issues I had in my apartment. Then, when the property was sold, the leasing office sent me a letter in June, saying I had not renewed my lease and would be charged the current market rate and back rent at market rate for the prior three months. It was only until I charged into the office with my copy of the renewed lease that they shut the eff up about it. Then they had the painters... and the roofers... Oh, I was woke up every morning at about 6 am by them stomping and pounding around on the roof. It was a nightmare. I ended up having to go to the hospital and have emergency surgery, and when I came back, it looked as though someone had a party in my apartment. Pizza boxes everywhere, gatorade bottles, water bottles, food wrappers and all my belongings thrown haphazardly about. I was actually scared when I first entered, and then I noticed the "Notice to Enter Premises" letter on the ground outside my apartment so the water guys could fix all my piping. (What was wrong with it', you ask. Nothing.) So with my stomach cut in half and held together by staples and under the influence of heavy duty narcotics, I cried cleaning up my trashed apartment. About a week later, I woke up one morning to bees all about my bedroom and apartment. BEES! Where were they coming in' They were coming through all my A/C vents. I called the office immediately. I left several messages on the maintenance line. Every day I FREAKING CALLED!!!! I had to close all the vents in my apartment (IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY) and beat down the ones that did escape. I clogged my vacuum cleaner vacuuming up all the dead bees. Finally, two weeks later, I got fed up with it and emailed corporate office of the situation and threatened to sue out of my lease. I was sick of getting stung, sick of the bees, and sick of it all! TO ALL FUTURE RESIDENTS: RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!
