This apt complex is the the ABSOLUTE worse I have ever lived in!!!! The comments I read on it are entirely correct: the garbage on the grounds & flowing out of the dumpsters in terrible! The staff including the manager Jessica are the definition of RUDE!!! The green heated pool smells like rotten eggs as I live right above it! I have called out for maintenance for no water close to 40 times! I am not joking either. They told me water wld run me abt $20 a month when I moved in, and I've been here a year next month and I haven't had a water bill under $40, in fact they average $60.00. The reason why is you have to let the water run anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to get warm water.

I have had bikers wake me up at all hours of the night. They are allowed to park them right on the patio!! If they tell you this isn't true its a lie!!! They do and they have all their scummy biker buddies over throughout the night. I walked past one apartment one night and a guy had a rubber tube tied aroud his arm and his skinny as bones girlfriend had a syringe in his arm!!!

The pool is absolutely atrocious, its been light to dark green for almost 6 months now! The scummy characters who live here actually swim in it!!

The staff really gives new meaning to the word rude!!! And they are under the new management company. They have actually told me they will send men in to do maintanence work with only minors home!!! They actually told me that if anything was done to my 15 year old daughter "it was my problem"!!!

The parking is horrendous as you can't even see to put your key in your car door without a flashlight the lights are broken everywhere!!

If you like drugs, danger lurking at every corner, and love to be treated rudely by staff, with maintenance problems that never end and take months to fix move on in!!! I wouldn't reccommend this to a friend, but I sure would my enemies if I had any!!!

thank god that the ----- jessica doesnt work there anymore. the new staff is better. also, i just got some referrals in, and they upped the referrale bonus to $250!!!! so that is pretty sweet.
