I have only lived here for 2 months and have had nothing but issues. Touring the property they tell you it is great. Live there and find out for yourself. Had a terrible leak in my main bathroom, the 2nd bathroom they still can not fix so it can not be used, it took them 8 days and me to the point of yelling at them to fix this. Then came a leak in the utility closet, where I store my moving boxes. So many things have gone wrong and they are a pain in the *** to have to deal with. Someone is always taking the covered parking. Not to mention upon moving in only to discover they assigned my spot 3 times, me being the 3rd. Absolutely the worse place. I read reviews in the past but thought they were only opinions of someone unhappy. That was until I started renting here as well. Now I understand.
