The manager and leasing agents are rude and hard to deal with. This property does not conduct business fairly or honestly. Upon moving out they will try to stick you with a lot of uneccasary costs because they are trying to save money. They originally advertised a gated community, and this has not been the case. The don't heat the pools, the jacuzzi is always broken. The fitness center is falling apart and so are the laundry rooms. They often hire vendors to fix your things who are not courteous enough to leave a note when they break something. Most importantly they do not concern themselves with safety and their maintence staff comes in when your children are home. My lease is finally up and I feel as if I have been paroled. Please consider my thoughts when you seek to rent from this community.
