I'm sorry, but I have lived here for three years, and I'm more disgusted now than ever with this complex. A CHILD MOLESTER moved into the building right next to mine in June, and the management decided not to tell us about it. I see that as a total disregard for the safety of the children in the complex. And I know very well, that the complex had the right to deny him tenancy due to his felony. Apart from the lazy maintenance crew, the rude office staff, and the poor maintenance of the grounds, this by far is the most unnerving thing I've ever known anyone to do.

I can not belive they actually allowed a child molester to move in. PLEASE tell me which building... I have a 3 year old son. Apparently they are not screening like they said...
