I have lived at these apartments for 3 months now... They're the perfect price and nice size... but then you live there... I was told when we toured the apartment that our apartments would have new appliances. We moved in and we have to have them bring us a new fridge on the 1st day because it was TORE APART on the inside... We have a OLD microwave that literally takes 5 mins to boil a 1/2 cup of water. Our stove is old, you can't even see the degrees on it because its wore down so much. Our dishwasher is disgusting!! It's horrible and if you call maitance they either lose my owrk order, never enter it in, come and fix it and leave and it still doesn't work... my toilet flooded our apartment and they said "they'd see what they could do" If they actually kept their word, I would love the complex.. But they don't, all I suggest is get it in writing!
