Do Not Move Here! You'll regret it! From: kdsexton00 Date posted: 2/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived here for almost a year with my best friend, and we've had nothing but problems since we moved in. They've screwed us out of extra money for deposits, every month they tell us that we didn't pay enough in rent, even though we did, and they charge us an arm and a leg for an apartment where nothing works. Here's a list of problems that we've had since we've lived here, and most of them still haven't been fixed: the dishwasher is broken, the sink leaks, the fridge leaks, the water is either off or not hot most of the time, the maintenance line never returns calls, the heater is broken, our parking space is a ten minute walk from the apartment, and every month they try to get us to pay more than we owe them for rent. Unfortunately, the problems that I've listed here are only the tip of the iceburg. Do yourself a favor if you're thinking about moving in here: Don't. In fact, run for your life. You'll regret it if you move in here. And you know what the sad part about this review is' I'm still being nice!
