BEWARE! From: JWayne Date posted: 3/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 photo   After the noisy people moved out of the Apartment above me, there were 2 weeks of peaceful quietness which clouded my mind and I renewed my lease for another year thinking that no new tenant moving above me could be as noisy as the last. Wrong! Omg, there is absolutely no insulation between paper thin walls and ceiling. Another words; if you have a noisy tenant to your left of right, behind you or above, you are in trouble. All new management soon become fully aware of the noise problem and eventually try to ignore noise complaints. I'm reluctantly spending my second year here using the highest quality of brand-name ear plugs that sometime allow me to get a few hours of sleep at night or maybe a nap now and then. In less then 2 years this apartment complex has been sold 4 times and the present owners have it up for sale again. The on-site management and their entire staff has been replaced 5 times. I will try to break the remaining time on my lease if possible to get out of here. Anything I have written is not exaggerated so don't get fooled by the outside appearances of the apartment complex because there is a noise problem that cannot be corrected without tearing the building down and reconstructing them using the proper building code for noise insulation. I have read other reviews posted on this site and can verify some are other issues I had to contend with myself. I myself have had the local police here twice for drug traffic next door to me and all night parties lasting to 4 am until police broke it up and next day I found my vehicle was the only one in the parking lot covered with garbage and tomatoes splattered all over the hood and windshield.
