This apartment complex is a complete joke. When this complex was formerly known as Bell Lakes, the management was great and were about the people and not the books. It seems that once Fairfield took over and the name changed to Diamonte everything went downhill from there. Originally I never had problems with the managers until I had recieved a threatening notice on the door demanding I allow pest control to enter the premises to spray for bugs. I in no way had a problem with this but I told management I wished to schedule a day where I can be there because I don't wish to have strangers enter when I'm not there, like the memo on the door told me to do if I wished. Unfortanetly the management said they had the right to enter the premises and if I refused then it would be in violation of some code and I would be evicted and taken to court. This felt a little extreme for the fact I wasn't refusing entry to my apartment, just that I wanted to be present so things dont get stolen!

This was just one of many instances where the management neglected the wishes of its tenants, ignored their legal tenant rights, and disrepected people as individuals. I wish to WARN all future tenant seekers to just keep driving when they see Diamonte and DO NOT STOP! This place is a sink hole in the ground and you will feel regret immediately once you place foot on the carpet. I am terminating my lease once it expires and I have already moved out to another complex despite the fact it'll cost me more for the time being, I refuse to reside at a complex where cars are broken into, apartments are robbed, and yes once a dead body was found at one of the dumpsters. So if having a condensending management team like the females in the office aren't important to you then maybe your saftey or the saftey of your family are.

If I could rate management less then 1 star I would, in fact they'd more than likely end in a negative. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I recently moved from there and I'm sorry you had to go through that. My roommate and I had nothing but problems the entire year we lived there, even when it was Bell Lakes. You want to know something wrong? My boyfriend's car got towed... OUT OF MY PARKING SPOT!!!!! And when I refused to pay them rent until they fixed the dishwasher, (it was broken when we moved in), they sent me a court summons saying they were going to sue me if they didn't get rent. I wish I would have followed up because I could have had all kinds of backing with this website! I really wish I would have looked on this sight before signing the lease! Good luck to you!

I moved from there in Oct 2007, I hated this place. I lived there from 2006-2007. While there, in the first 3 months my car was broken into 3 times (same week). I had to replace the windshield as well as the side windows. The pipes burst in my walk in closet. They had fans going for 3 days to dry the carpet! I complained of mold so many times, I was having breathing problems. When I moved out, my downstairs neighbor moved at the same time. She had so much mold in her apt, which they never fixed. They did try to paint over it, but that did not work. Nothing had worked since I had got there, and maintenence was useless. Never mind the security, there was none. I left without paying the last month rent and let the keep the deposit. I then wrote a letter with pictures of the mold. I now see on my credit report they sent it to collections. I never received anything from them
