I moved in about a year ago when it was bell Lakes, now it is Fairfeild....I have had nothin but problems from rude staffing, no answers to broken appliences, none working equipment in the weight room, the main pool is supposed to be heated YA RIGHT! Just a warning....they have been treatening to evict us since I started complaining that we have no hot water, not even warm...through most of the months we have lived here, I have complained that the water isn't even gettin warm enough to take a shower....and have not gotten any answeres, they have been trying to come at us at any angle to kick us out.
They told me that I am on a Broiler system and that I am at the "end of the loop" In which i still do not find as a good enough answer....All tenents have a right to have hot running water. they did not warn us about this problem when we moved in so ask about the broiler system first! And just know that you might not get hot water.

We used to be able to call a towing company to removed cars parked in our spots but we can't anymore so my spot has another car parked in it almost every night.

I moved in here because of all the trees and they cut all the limbs off, covered all our water fountains with dirt.

Oh ya, in case you work at night, they cut the grass, cut tree limbs ect. at 6 am

Also the appliences are old and don't work, when you try to put in a work order, they will come and tell you there is nothing wrong with it or that it is fixed when its really not.

I moved out of there about 5 months ago, and every problem you just mentioned were things that also happened to me! And guess what? My boyfriend's car got towed OUT OF OUR SPOT!!! I'm sorry that you're going through this. My advice to you is get out as soon as humanly possible! They will do nothing but continue to screw you over. Its not worth it! I wish I would have known about this website before I moved in there!

I feel your pain, same here takes forever to get hot water in my place. Anyone seen the security staff lately? Are they still even working here! I have been here going on nine months, and I wont renew again. Place is going down hill really quick, and as been said before the gates have not worked once since I have been here, be warned dont rent here!
