HELL @3202 West Bell Rd From: ur4shitzzil@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008 1 response   This place stinks all these reviews are true my daughter lived there and these people RIP_U_OFF.they don't care what the problems are and each month they find ways to charge u more money.Then once your lease is up and u let them know u will be moving,LOOK OUT Get pictures signatures witness video tape get it all THEY WILL CHARGE U FOR EVERYTHING they charged 800.00 to my daughters credit when the place was left clean and no other problems (that she did)they never did anything in the years she lived there with her baby son.So we are looking for a LAWYER anyone got any Names of a good one.Don't try to call corporate they don't give a ---- either they just send u back to the dumb asses in the apartment office.Would like to find a way to get this out in the open once and for all.If you are thinking of moving in this place Instead u should go to UHAUL get a wardrobe box find an empty lot take up house there.Trust me it will be better safer and cleaner than this place............anyone who would like to sign a petition contact me @ dragonwhisper2006@yahoo.com Oh yeah she had her car stolen an broken into (both a day apart) in broad daylight and they did nothing said the gate would be fixed.no hot water and no water was pretty normal here.THIS IS A CRIME
