I moved from there in Oct 2007, I hated this place. I lived there from 2006-2007. While there, in the first 3 months my car was broken into 3 times (same week). I had to replace the windshield as well as the side windows (twice). Sherry in the office said they where getting new security, yeah right. The pipes burst in my walk in closet and they had fans going for 3 days to dry the carpet! I complained of mold so many times, and that I was having breathing problems, to no avail. When I moved out, my downstairs neighbor moved at the same time. She had so much mold in her apt, which they never fixed. They did try to paint over it, but that did not work. Nothing had worked since I had got there, and maintenence was useless. I left without paying the last month rent and let them keep the deposit. I then wrote a letter with pictures of the mold. I now see on my credit report they sent it to collections. I never received anything from them and I left my forwarding address!

Also, the guy on the other side in the lower apt kept feeding the stray cats! I would hear them at 3am right outside my window on a tree. All they told me was to get a beebee gun to shoot them. I did throw rocks at them, cause it was very noisy.
