This place was horrible! I had loud neighbors and when I complained to the office they ignored me! They painted over pots and pans in the cabinet from people before me and I had to pull it away from the paint! Also when I first moved in there was a maintanence man coming into my apartment while I was gone and using my shower! When I caught him I told the office and they did NOTHING about it!!!! I had to buy my own locks and change them! My breakfast bar was broken when I moved in and I asked for them to fix it and they never did. The neighbors above me moved out and left trash and boxes on my patio and once again I asked the office to do something about it but they never did. It was there for several weeks until I decided just to do it myself. There were two shootings right across the street while I was there and someone tried to break into my car. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE!!! You'll just have one year of headaches!!!

I have called the police. Sometimes they would come and resolve the problem for that day, but then other times they would ignore my phone calls and the neighbors would continue. I called apartment security and they actually told the neighbors who complained about them. They ended up confronting me and threatening me ( mind you I was six months pregnant at the time.) Anyone in their right mind shouldn't approach a pregnant lady and threaten them.. And by the way, calling someone crazy just because they said something you didn't agree with is a very immature thing to do.

First of all, If you have problems with your neighbors being loud, CALL THE POLICE. The office cannot stand by your apt and wait for them to be loud , for real. If the maintenance guy broke into your apt , again , CALL THE POLICE. What do you think the office girls can do about that? They do not have the qualifications to arrest someone. They can only do something about stuff like that if they have a police report. Not some crazy person who complains to the wrong people. Why didnt you ever call the police ?

So you're saying the management has no control over their staff breaking into people's apartments? They are exactly who should have fired that guy!

LOL first the office girls DO have the authority to do something about a maintenance man using your shower when you didn't give them permission to enter! It's called FIRING! They can have that employee terminated by going to THEIR higher ups. About the noisy neighbors? Maybe they can't stand by your apartment and make sure it's quiet all the time but they can issue some sort of compliance with a "cease or be evicted" notice! See how certain posters hold the management completely blameless?

stupidity plauges grrrr and dgumbys i see this clearly. if some broke into your apartment and took a shower. call the police! wow what a concept, and you expect some one to get fired because you said they did something quite a bit insane. get real. lets say some one came the gas station bathroom clean up company that you work for and said you were cleaning the toilets with you dentures. would that be a little to crazy to believe or would you wanna take a picture or call the cops or something, just a thought
