I have been here for about 2 months now. I am in a 2 bd 2 bath apt that was just redone so everything in it is brand new and extremely clean... There are typical issues for an apt complex of this size but I have no major issues whatsoever. You are only as happy as you want to be I guess. Security is kind of stupid since they are only here a few nights a week and never the same nights. My car seems safe since I have an alarm on it . I have hot water and my a/c works awesome. All of the reviews I have read that are negative seem to be from ex residents who are too stupid to take the right path to correct their issues. If you own a vehicle , put an alarm on it . If you have problems with neighbors, talk to them about it or call the police. Coming on this site to complain about issues that could have been taken care of by using your brain are pretty lame and I wouldnt use those reviews as a reason to not live here. The rent is a killer deal and the place is wonderful . I am very happy here.

First of all, I am not employed , work for , or management of any kind. There are ways to go about getting things done , you obviously do not know the proper steps to take to resolve major issues. If my a/c went out , I would file a non-compliance of the lease agreement and have it fixed myself or take them to court and either break my lease legally, or pay for the repairs and then take it off my rent which is totally legal. Maybe you should read the Arizona Landlord-Tenant Act . You seem willing to complain about everything , but yet do nothing. Instead of complaining , try harder and you will not be so upset. 8o)

azjason412, you're just a worthless shill. Nobody gives a f--k what you think.

YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT. I, for one, repeatedly called the cops & got management involved. Nothing was resolved, management is a JOKE. I didn't have minor issues, I was without air conditioning for MAY-AUG in PHOENIX, so don't go painting a picture that the people on this site are whining about insignificant items. The purpose of this site is to give potential residents an accurate portrayal of life ...if they are crazy enough to move in. You claim that YOU are the standard and everyone else must be crazy or stupid... how likely do you really think THAT scenario is? That complex is a 1-year-lease mistake that many have made, but I assure you none will repeat! If the breaklease wasn't prohibitive, I'm sure very few would even stay a full year! Readers beware... read through ALL of the reviews on this page before you sign a lease!!! Probelms, inefficiency and lack of responsibility aren't the exception to the rule here, they are a way of life. RUN don't walk away from this one!!!
