I have lived here for close to three years. I decided to move to a bigger unit right as new management took over close to a year ago, I have had nothing but issues since. The new "renovations" were enticing but fall short. The front office spent 6 months in renovations and looks wonderful however if they could have put just 10% of that effort or money into there units I doubt there would be any complaints. The water is shutt off consistantly. I can not tell you how many times I have had to eat out and buy botteled water to wash my hands! I have to put in maintenance request multiple times because this complex has no efficent system to get things done. Parking is horrible, mostly because I have maintenance vehicles blocking me in my parking spot. The apartments are not insulated well, I can feel my floor vibrate and hear there music as though I had the radio on in my apartment when it is in fact my neighboor, not to mention my electric bill to keep my 800 sq ft apartment cool($200 ). The outside lighting does not work, we have asked that be fixed 2 times now, I have given up. Needless to say this is the last lease I will have here.

I bet if you changed your air filters for a/c once a month it would lower the utility bill. I have been here 4 months and the water has never been shut off once. Its funny how all of the negative posts are writter by "anonymous" people. If you are to have any sort of credibility to your posts , why not use an email or username to validate your post. For all we know , it could be 1 unhappy person posting numerous posts because of ocd or some mental problem

I agree with azjason, I have been here since October and my water has never been shut off. Every maintenance request I have put in which have been few and far between has been handled in less then 24 hours. The office staff is very accommodating. You seem really bitter.

Your right, I am bitter. Who would be chipper in those conditions? My pictures speak for themselves. Funny thing is the office staff suddenly became accommodating and apologetic once they saw what I was putting up with after I put in my notice to non-renew. That was too little too late. None of my request and complaints seemed too important for the entire year prior. To any one else that has a good experience w/ this complex- That's awesome, I truly hope you continue to get that same service your entire stay there. I simply posted my experience here and it honestly was awful. I happily no longer live here and want nothing else to do w/ it. This is my last response.

You don't have to worry about what anyone else posts. YOU know you've been through it and it's not one person posting over and over again. Just because a lot of people are on here anonymously doesn't mean anything more than we don't want to be known as having LIVED at diamonte. For all WE know those two posters could be office employees at diamonte so just having an email associated with what you post means nothing =)

grrrrr is lame. your either an fart who is trying to defend some one on the web or just uber lame. ya y'old fart! der! and the fact is, they post anonymously because they still live there. i post all the time and i want the complex to see me crap talk up and down about them, especialy if what i say is true. that crazy broad is crazy about some thing the apartment couldnt control like the water company and the phoenix water system, her pictures show nothing but she uses a cheap camera, so der your self ya y'old fart.- anonymously lmfao!
