I live in these apartment complex for 2 years and each time I had to request any kind of information I found my self with incompetent people in the main office. I have been a former tenant since 10/31/08 and as of today they have not yet reimbursed me for my deposit, correction they gave me my deposit but attempted to collect for 11/01/08 when I had turned in keys on 10/31/08 yes it is a small amount they owe me but how many people have they done this too and each time I call they have no recollection of me calling. This is a small example of what I have had to deal with regarding the leasing office...

I agree that they will try to squeeze as much money out of you when you move out.
