I pray to God everyday, I am so glad I moved out of Diamonte On Bell (Bell Lakes). Management was incompetent, didn t have any people skills and didn t have a clue in resolving issues. Pray your a/c doesn t break because maintenance does a cheap fix and later your a/c is broken again. There was no hot water in the winter and I had a 2 year old daughter at the time and my water bill was $70 a month. Being a single Mother I did not feel safe - the gate by the office was been broken since the old management was there and was still broken with the new management. I would not let my 2 year old daughter play outside because of all the stray cats. People who did not live at Diamonte would just walk in and out of the opened gate as they please. The cops were always called to Diamonte for some kind of disturbance with neighbors or neighbors friends.
Lights fixtures in the complex were always broken and I felt very unsafe, especially with my 2 year old daughter at the time, in an unlit environment. And when I told Management... they were useless. I am so happy to be out of Diamonte, finally.

Ya I agree. We told management staff about an area where the lights were completely out...right on the way to the parking lot. THAT makes you feel safe at night walking to your car. Anyway, it took them 3 months to fix it and after repeatedly complaining about it! Unacceptable!
