I hope you like other peoples kids! We have 2 kids, and noise with kids at an apartment complex is going to be a given to a certain extent, HOWEVER, this place is renting to anybody! The noise was out of control. Ive seen the police arrest a young teenager! The kids run around completely without supervision writing obscenities on the sidewalk with chalk and it remains there for weeks at a time.
The hot tubs don't work, the pools are usually closed, and the trash, well its everywhere. What can you expect from a management company that only collects rent'
The rental office is really nice, but that's about it. All of the time and effort went into the rental office.
We had a work order we submitted a year ago, still nothing. When we were 2 days late with rent, they came to put a notice on our door stating we had to pay rent in 24 hours or vacate the property! What kind of business is that'
There are so many better complexes run by better management companies you can rent from for the same money. If you are looking to move, look elsewhere.
Unclean neighbors, roaches, noise, junk cars in parking lot, four wheelers under repair in parking lot, free for all parking, and super loud kids riding scooters and screaming, and not to mention the parties, dog crap in the grass, what a treat!
Look elsewhere!
