Where do I begin. This is one of the worst apartment compexes I have ever lived in. First of all, the apt was dirty when I moved in, as well as the patio being full of dried up pigeon poop that had been there awhile. The apartment claims to be a "Living Green" community, however, I don't know how they get away with this claim.
They have very few blue bins for recycles,and the amount of water being wasted due to having to run the faucets for atleast 5-8 minutes,and that is not an exaggeration,to get hot water, is ridiculous. The floors creak so bad,I know it must drive the tenant below me crazy.I hope they hold up until I can move out in a few months.

The office staff, including the manager, have done nothing to fix the problems, except make excuses. This is the worst apt office I've ever dealt with. I have contacted the Management company with NO RESPONSE.

This is how much they care about the tenants here.
I'm only writing this to help someone else from making the same mistake I did.

Just a tip: When you move into a new place, never sign more than a six month lease, so you can get out quickly if the place sucks.

Could you not complain about the smallest of things? Seriously! I have lived here for over a year and have never had a problem with hot water, in fact its hot for over 30 minutes at a time! You are definitely lying about the office staff and the maintenance people because every single time I call them its addressed and fixed and I am not an easy person to deal with. I have lived in so many apartments and these have to be the nicest out of all of them for the price range and every single person that walks through the door falls in love with the place. Just because you are jaded over minute things doesn't mean you should be putting them on blast for obvious small issues.
