Horrible!!!! From: disenchanted23 Date posted: 9/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've been a long time resident of "the Jeffersons"..miss the original company.I moved into the two bed room in the main building over office. This place used to be very posh..it os now like living in the "Hood"!!..tons of minority gangster types and my BMW has been broken into 5 times!!! in one year!!!!..the new management has done nothing!!..I am breaking my lease as of next month,and they can kiss my ass...I have all the legal standing to leave according to the fair housing folks here in Phx. I feel threatened, and my current boyfriend was actually harrassed in the parking structure by two black men last weekend, and threatened. We called the poilce, and they said there is allot of drug traffic in the buildings, but they have a hard time patrolling in here wit hthe gates, and it being private property. The get called here often.
