If you like hanging out with homeless and mold problems From: mercer.johnson@sheraton.com Date posted: 9/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Moving to these apartments was THE biggest mistake my wife and I have ever done! We had a water leak from the A/C which we didn't notice since it was flooding inside the walls. One day we smelled something in our 1 year old daughter's room... We started taking boxes out of the back of her closet and the wall began to rip off with the boxes! To make things worse our wall, the clothes in the boxes, and anything else close to the leak was contaminated with black mold spores. It took the apartments over a month to deal with it which during that time we refused to use our daughter's room and risk her becoming sick. To top things off, they refused to pay for any of our property damage which ranged from my wife's high school prom dresses to boxes of photo albums. None of which could be truly replace, yet none of these items were able to be saved. STAY AWAY
