It's a shame.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   When I moved into Jefferson I was impressed with the facility; not any more! Management is horrible, they rarely answer their phones, and never return messages. The place is filthy, noisey, and going down hill fast. Lots of small crime and theft. After submitting my credentials, I thought the complex had high standards for tenants. After seeing the lawless low lifes that live here I see they will let anyone with a pulse live here. Everything about this place sucks. If you care about a quiet well kept place to live, this isn't it. No maintenance, no security and filthy. If you are considering this complex, don't settle for the guided tour, come back on weekend evenings, and bring your own gun.
