I agree... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   This is one of the worst apartments in the area. It use to be a really nice and well kept building UNTIL Empirian took over and made some very riduculous changes that is very inconvient to the tenents. I am looking for a new place after my lease is up because I can not stand to live here with the crime and the disgusting way the place has fallen into shambles. I will not recommend this place to anyone....
