Beware-Your better off living in the Projects From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   When I first moved here back in 2005, I enjoyed living in the complex. That was until Rachel took over as Manager. I can always count on her and her staff to prove horrible customer service. The complex has gone down hill. Broken Beer Bottles, trash, and poor landscaping are just a few of the features you will see at Empirian at Steele. The noise of children running rampid through the hall ways is probably my most favorite sound to be awaken to on my Saturday and Sunday mornings, followed by yelling mothers. The tagging on the walls wears easy on the eyes and dirty pools(once it turned green) allow for enjoyable outdoor summer fun. The first of the month is always a delightful shopping day as people rummage through the boxes of junk and old furniture that smart tenants who are moving out have left behind blocking the Trash shoots. Safety is always first at Empirian with a non existant security guard, and missing fire extinguishers in the halls. Rent is comparable to a home, but why own when you have janitor support who never fixes anything, and is always behind. Due to the many empty apartments of residents who are contantly vacating you will find ample parking. Did you hear'' They are now renting apartments out like hotel rooms for people who only want to stay a short time. This is just what the complex needs in order to contribute to the increased crime, dirtiness and horror of living in this place. Moving here was such a big mistake. I'm tempted to break out of my lease but that would cost an additional months rent and 30 days notice. Beware! Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
