It's OK, but I wouldn't recommend it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Empirian has some nice features (washer/dryer in unit, covered parking, etc.), but not enough to make up for what it's lacking. The pool is supposedly heated, however the temperature they have chosen to keep it at is 65*. If you must rent here, DO NOT get an apartment near the parking garage! The beeping from the gate will keep you up all night, as well as people who think it's necessary to blare their car stereos while driving in the garage. However, the worst part of your Empirian experience will be the office staff. No one there has any management experience, and they seem to have some serious communication issues. They never handled any of the maintenance issues I brought up with them, and every time I am in there they seem bored and uninterested. I recently moved out, and the situation has gotten worse as they cannot seem to decide if I am paid in full or not.
