I lived there for 4years but thankfully moved out From: bmcginnis4@hotmail.com Date posted: 8/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   When I first moved in May 2003 that place was great Great Management, great tenants and very quiet Then when a new management company took over the place went DOWN HILL Now the tenants are trashy and the complex is very run down ON the plus side..the maintenance people were OUTSTANDING. Plus..at the time I was only paying around 750 for 899 square feet The one bedroom and one den)
