So far so good... From: medicalrenter34 Date posted: 1/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I'm in the middle of "transition" from married to single life and I have 2 kids (11 and 9 yrs). Needed to find a place to fit my new budget and lifestyle. Looked at several places (houses and apts) when I talked to Mel (GREAT, GREAT guy)from Craigslist about this place. I move in Feb. I'm receiving a 30% discount (12 mo lease for under $900/mo) b/c I'm an RN- and for 1355 sq ft, 3b/2b, hardwood floors (except bathroom and bedrooms), garden tubs, nice size kitchen with all new-like appliances, full size w/d, 2 walk-in closets, nice size balcony with view of pool, 2 pools (one heated) with nice poolside furniture, spa, HUGE fitness center with what looks to be decent equipement, cieling fans, woodburning fireplace, internet/cable ready, nice/pretty/well manicured grounds, parking on the same level as my apt, gated community, audible security system in apt, and large clubhouse room with big screen TV and billiard you can request (at no charge) for parties, I think I'm off to a good start. The office staff (Dominique) was ATTENTIVE, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CONSIDERATE, and HELPFUL. I did get a chance to speak with one person who has lived here for 2 yrs and overall she was pleased with the service/amenities. The location is also a plus. So, we'll see if I feel this good about Empirian in 3 months!
