I used to like it here--I even renewed my lease. Now I am sorry I did! There is a new group in charge from the manager on down. What happened to the grass that used to be in the common areas' All summer we had just dirt, now they finally planted new grass. The noise from the garage is deafening every time cars go over the metal plates they just installed. Many people have complained but they do nothing. Don't move here unles you are deaf or you won't be able to sleep. The security gate is open more than it is closed---there have been many break-ins of vehicles parked in the garage. The spa was broken all summer. We pay extra for a gated community and don't have it most of the time. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes.

Ummm, I kept seeing grass where grass has been but c'mon - we're in the desert here! the new management just started - give em a chance. I am not happy about the gates being broken more often than not either but that will be a negotiating point when I go to renew my lease. Oh, and you lock your car even when it is in a garage unless you live in a single family home. When I read some of these negative reviews I wonder if these people ever lived in an apartment complex before? I have, as well as having lived in a house for 15 years. My apartment is nice, when I have a maintenance problem it is corrected quickly and as far as any noise problems, they are taken care of quickly. It helps when you are proactive in trying to solve the problems before laying it all in the laps of the office people. And you always have the option to leave if you don't like it.

Of coarse you have the option of leaving just as I did And it cost me over #2000.00 to get out of that hole early. And your right about the main gate to the parking garage. the gates are broken more then they work. So much for paying a little extra to live in a gated community where you think your vehicle is a little more safer then parking on the street. And tell everyone that had there car windows smashed how wonderful the parking is. When I lived there last year this time of the year it was new management how long do they need to get there act together. Unless they got newer management since then. If so they must change management yearly. lol

You've lived in a complex before????? Get real! I would love to leave this dirty stinking city but I made the mistake of renewing my lease a week before the garage noise started so I'm stuck. Yes, there is another new crew in the office, worse than before.
