I was calling around to get information on the 2 bedroom/1 bath apartments. All I was really wanting to know was their prices and information like that. I called and a man answered and all I asked was "I was interested in finding out how much your 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment go for'" And he rudely answered "We don't got any!". Well, I've been calling around the other apartment complexes and was able to get this type of information even though they didn't have any immediate availability and this man at Fairways just shot me down. Well, if that's how they talk to their "possible future tenants" then I can only imagine how they deal with the current tenants now that they're under contract. It just made me feel horrible and it sad to say that, that one phone call is all it took for me to see the whole complex as terrible. No thank you!

The only man that works there is Sev, and I have never seen him not happy or not smile. It was probably just a bad day. But its best that it steered you away, cause the apartments do suck. Check Monterra next to them, they are nice and well priced
