OK place, but risky investment ! From: renterinaz Date posted: 5/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This is a good cheap place to stay. Been there for almost a year. The only risk is that if you ever need to break the lease, the apt managers are gonna squeeze out anything that's left in your wallet - apart from the deposit ! The lease breakage charges are really high. There's no security gate either, and have seen some weird-looking ppl walking around late at night, but that's about it.
