I have been here now for a year and two months. If you want lip service our "new Management" is for you. Theresa will lie and BS you until her last breath, And she will never admit that there is a problem. She's a rude little woman and she rolls her eyes to your face. No ethics, no courtesy! Josh will lie right to your face and tell you that "your problems are his problems". Then he will tell you that the security services will continue to keep this property safer than it used to be under Sares Regent. HA! In the same week Security was dropped, and our neighbors began to experience a new surge of property crime, i.e. vandalism, burglaries, theft, and drug crimes. We saw a homeless man sleeping at our back "resort style pool". His hands were down his underware (which happens to be all he was wearing) we took pictures of him, his bike, his clothes, and his case of beer. (no glass at the pools) We also took a picture of his hand holding his stuff. Needless to say our kids didn't get to swim. Do you like Lebanon style trash collection' thats what you will get here, the trash isn't picked up for days! It stinks and the management will give you more lip service that an Amsterdam red light district! We've got it all! Too bad, it came with a rent increase! this place is horrible and if I could post pictures I would. Avoid this pest ridden, theft harboring, non resort related trash hole. More scorpions, roaches, no 24 hr turnaround on work orders, why' Because this management firm sucks! Phx Police have even stated that this management team is; "less than effective" (from recent call out on 8/19/06) The only safety here comes from my CCW and loaded guns -FED UP.

awesome man i got my ccw and carry a .45 all the time for the same reason, theresa's a ----- and hates me now because i had to get ahold of a senior vice presindet of this company to have my a/c replaced after 10 attempted fixes, including a sub contractor 3 times. I cant stand these people. Time 8, 9 and 10 were with my 2 week old child whom I was told would be protected by Thereas (the managers) Boss Tina. Theresa lied to her and told her we had air. My idea of air is not living out of one of the model units. This place is a joke, they are putting in new appliances, and hiking up prices. New sealcoat (on the asphalt) and thinking its ok. Scorpions roaches and meth users are all a consistent problem here. I also have to say 2 cars near mine have been stolen, and mines as well as my old neighbors both got broken into. Take my advice on this place, now called fairways at cave creek (ha) dont move here. I was over 90 degrees in my apartment 10 times, I havent paid full rent in over 60 days, because of issues like this.
Just dont move here, if you read this and do, youll be kicking yourself in the ass over it and thinking about me telling you this.
Thats for you theresa, you -----. Dont make my wife come home crying after paying rent you ----king ----. ----k You. I hope you read this.
Oh and Ive never done anything to negate my elase, the apartment looks great, and I have never once been late on rent. Not once, look what it got me, and there is more. -Jake
