I agree with all. I moved in there in 2000, and it was a great place but by 2005, things got so bad i broke my lease and moved out. Cars stolen, druggies living there, loud families. One large family was even evicted, but a year later, they were back. Guess corporate must really be desperate to rent to anyone. And their rates a laughably high. Highly not recommended.

I live just up the street a ways from Falling Waters - just called them out of curiosity today (7-03-07) as my wife and I are looking to move soon - they want anywhere from $900 to $1200 a month for 2 and 3 bedroom apts. They had no vacancies, except for one bedrooms so nothing for us anyway, but since all of the ratings on here have been extremely negative, I probably won't consider moving there even if something opens up. These guys (the managers) don't sound like the types that are even aware of what the Internet is, so I doubt if they are aware of the negative comments at apartmentratings.com
