Let's see, our car was stolen from the parking lot. The dryer was stolen from one of the two laundry "facilities", which equates to a small room with two washers and dryers each, so you have to hope someone else isn't using the laundry when you want it. I even did my laundry at three in the morning and ran into someone else doing theirs!

The water faucets are labeled incorrectly as Hot and Cold, and we were told upon moving in that those would be fixed. It's now almost six months later, and they are still wrong.

I have nothing nice to say about this place. No dishwasher, which sucks, the hot tub is never hot, and they close the pool at 10 o'clock, including access to the Pepsi machine. The rent is way higher than advertised.

I agree with all. I moved in there in 2000, and it was a great place but by 2005, things got so bad i broke my lease and moved out. Cars stolen, druggies living there, loud families. One large family was even evicted, but a year later, they were back. Guess corporate must really be desperate to rent to anyone. And their rates a laughably high. Highly not recommended.

I live just up the street a ways from Falling Waters - just called them out of curiosity today (7-03-07) as my wife and I are looking to move soon - they want anywhere from $900 to $1200 a month for 2 and 3 bedroom apts. They had no vacancies, except for one bedrooms so nothing for us anyway, but since all of the ratings on here have been extremely negative, I probably won't consider moving there even if something opens up. These guys (the managers) don't sound like the types that are even aware of what the Internet is, so I doubt if they are aware of the negative comments at apartmentratings.com
