It Still Sucks.

Half of these reviews are 3 years old, and they're still applicable. The management regularly neglects tenant requests, maintenance, etc. You'd be lucky to find the time of day when the office is actually open. They lack the knowledge to perform their job efficiently. There is nothing good to say about management, they suck.
The apartments themselves are in a slow, declining condition. The parking lot is ill-taken care of, cars are still stolen out of the parking lot. The laundry rooms are dirty and over-priced given the size of the washer/dryer. The grounds aren't taken care of; trash often sits on the lawn for days, if not weeks. The interior may be furnished, but this furniture has been here for decades, easily. The apartment lacks decent storage space, to say the least. The outlets are old, and dangerous. The wiring is dangerous. The water is rare to reach a decent hot temperature. The complaints are many, praises are... less than few, non-existent (there is a cool fountain, but the benches nearby are broken and likely to fall, land on your feet, injure your children).
I don't honestly see how this apartment complex is still in business. They're dishonest and exploitative. Avoid this apartment. It's not worth the money you'll be wasting for it. We've been here 6 months, and we really, really, really can't wait to move. Listen to the reviews, avoid this apartment complex.

This is very funny....You should have moved out or not have even moved in. I have lived here for more than six months and love the staff and I think the employees do an excellent job. Your so call review was a bunch of nonsense. Management to maintainance do their jobs very well and its people like you who give places like this a bad reputation. So it would the place would probably look better when you move on outta here!!!

this review was not nonsense . The furniture is from the 1970s and the appliances are as well. And some days you have hot water and other days you didn't. I remember when they wouldn't let tenants use the workout room and the soda machine was broken into and the other times it took your money. The location is great but that is about it. If a tenant likes they staff it's because some of the tenants clean the other apartments for discounts on their rent and others are so called security since they don't hire any. This review is the real deal. It's a shame
