The Worst From: bexaminer Date posted: 12/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002 1 response   The parking lot always resembeld Beruit. In the morning when leaving to go to work I would observe lots of broken glass and debris. The glass would be from broken car windows. The debris would be from people who were too lazy to take their trash and place it in the dumpster. Terrible parking. The apartment itself left a lot to be desired. I would compare it to what one might expect if they lived in a cave. Very very dark and just not a place anyone would want to call home. Lots of foot traffic on the walkways passing immediately in front of your lving room window. I lived on the 3rd floor and what a pain it was to move into. The elevator was in constant use and made it impossible to use for moving in. Even if you could use the elevator there still remained one flight of stairs. The management was the best example of a bad example one could ever hope to find. Totally unresposive to tenants requests of any kind. They have worked out a method in which they do NOT return any part of your deposit. They will not. Don't bother cleaning up your apartment. It makes no difference what-so-ever. Deposits are never provided. My advise' Look else where. You can't possible do any worse and are bound to do better. It was a terrible experience. Just terrible. P.S. I would have written this review earlier but I only just found this web site.
