Ferntree Apartments

FABULOUS!!! From: CGDavis Date posted: 7/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here at Ferntree Apartments for a little over a year now and I could not be happier!! I have had nothing but possitive interactions with the office staff and the management. I have had a couple of service issues due to the age of the building but the maintenance staff has responded promptly and taken care of them as per the 24hour response guarantee. The grounds are always kept up and the pools are sparkling clean 98% of the time. The utilities and the rent are so great for the area it is incredible!! One of my favorite features is the concrete fire walls, they make me feel safer and I can ot hear ANYTHING from my neighbors. I would recomend this community over the fancy smancey way to expensive and not worth the money luxury communities.
