nice location, crappy service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   We have been here for 2 and 1/2 years and the apt is nice, location is great, but the clueless company running this place is driving us away. Everything you read about the chiller system is true, actually shut it down in the middle of the hottest days of summer when they could have done it in winter and effected no one. The office staff only cares about sales (meeting their numbers). Threatening notes on the door demanding you comply or be fined, statements are always wrong, policies always seem to be against the customer and pro Aimco. They pretend to be a tenant driven upscale 'Biltmore' community, but, we had to do laundry in a laundry room without any ventilation for a year and a half. The grounds maintenance blows their junk into your patio. Always multiple req to get maintenance done correctly. Yet the rent always goes up.
