I lived here for a year and 7 months. The only plus is the block walls between units so usually you cannot hear your neighbors to the side, but you can still hear everything from above and below. Overall it was terrible living here, especially towards the end. Some of the more notable issues were continual cockroach problems. There were mice or rats that were eating tubes that carry water to the dishwasher. I had sewer leaking from broken pipes in the walls. My neighbors when I left were absolutely horrible, using the front railing as a close line for all sorts of clothing. I had mushrooms growing out of the carpet. Everything was always dusty because of the old building, and there was always mold growing somewhere in the apartment. The management is terrible. They can't seem to keep a set of staff there for very long, and the people who are working there don't care about residents. The service men, are inconsiderate and unknowledgeable about the services they are providing and about customer service. I became reasonably ill due to the living conditions and they would still not let me out of the lease. If you ask them about what people say on here they will say it is all lies from people who are angry at them. I will tell you I am not happy with them but that these are all facts, and I have pictures to prove my points. Please for your own health and safety do not consider this apartment complex.
