Forest Park Apartments

Texas Friendly Community From: conquistador1598 Date posted: 9/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003 1 response   I've only lived at this place for just 3 weeks and there's no room to write a book of compliments on Forest Park (FP). I've heard about nothing, but wonderful things about FP. That's why I hurried along to move in to FP like a gold rush. I relocated to Arizona 4 years ago from the greenery of East Texas and the friendliness of the folks. At FP, it's no exception, the staff are just as friendly and would've passed them as Texans! FP staff are wonderful and very attentive to our needs or requests. I made a special request due to my hearing impairment and they happily obliged. They made me happy. Elsewhere, the staff would put on their masks and prepare for an act of "be happy, be friendly and smile", but once you've sign a new lease, you'll hear a happy polka music fading away only to realize they're frowning like a bulldog (showing a tooth or two) and growl at your presence and your curious questions. Not at FP, BEFORE and AFTER, I become a resident, they remain just as friendly and the happy polka music never cease to play! Within the past three weeks of residing there, I requested for a maintenance request on two items and before I could hang up the phone, both repairs are done! So dang fast that my eyes went cross-eyed and my doctor referred me to Midas for a heavy-duty eyes alignment. I've heard that the maintenance staff were wonderful and I think their last names are Lightnings. The property is beautifully lushed with matured trees towering over 50 feet-everywhere. Pool is uniquely surrounded by gorgeous trees. The property has their two full time security who patrols the gated community, it's nice to know this while we all are in bed as they patrol on bike like my favorite series-"CHiPs". The rent is reasonable as "everything, but phone" are paid. Phone is the only utility I pay for at FP. I can't ask for anything more. The nights are so quiet that you could hear the fountain water falling. It's so peaceful and so beautiful. I wouldn't want to live anywhere, but FP! So, if the wooded scenery, quiet life in a small community, security and a privacy are your desires, Forest Park is an excellent place to reside!
