Could I give it a 10' From: sarahfgirl Date posted: 9/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I lived here on and off for a total of three years. First with a roomate, then with my boyfriend. The whole FP team was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. It was always a pleasure to see Renee whenever I popped into the office. I was pregnant during my stay there and a few times random people would help me out with carrying laundry. Even the UPS driver carried my packages in my house for me. For the most part, people keep to themselves. It was quiet and beautiful...like living in a park. I felt safe and never had any security problems. I love LOVE LOVED the designated parking. Life was so much easier when I didn't have to worry about some guys' 30 buddies showing up for a party and taking all the available spaces. We did have the option to rent an extra spot for our second car. I believe it would have been a problem if we could only park one. Parking off the street is at your own risk. The community is great if you love travelling all over the valley...which we did. Lots of places to go and great dining in the central Phoenix area. You can't beat the price either! BTW it is a more costly neighborhood to insure your car.
