cool, quiet community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   we have lived here for almost 4 years. The complex is different from the "norm" here in phoenix. Towering trees, shaded walkways and really quiet. The management is super friendly and accomodating and maintenance very responsive. It is an older complex but they seem to have their act together in keeping it up. we have lived in other apartments but find living here the best. would highly recomment it - the location is perfect if you want to live in the central phoenix area.
